Intro
As a naturally curious person, I enjoy the continuous pursuit of knowledge. Whether it is learning how to code in order to build accessible websites, honing storytelling skills to deliver engaging business pitches, or even mastering the art of falling so I don’t break any bones while skiing – I’m just in love with the process.
This curiosity has driven me to explore diverse opportunities and constantly push the boundaries of my potential. From founding a startup during university to launching a podcast to gain insights from industry leaders, my journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of growth.
At university, my curiosity for economics led me to an internship at NAB, while my passion for technology took me to Telstra. Both experiences offered a taste of corporate life and deepened my appreciation for the complex systems that shape our world.
Building on this foundation, I went on to apply my skills at Hello Access and Vision Australia, focusing on supporting people with visual impairments and creating more inclusive digital experiences.
Having lived across three continents, I’ve learned to adapt quickly, stay curious, and appreciate diverse perspectives. This mindset, combined with my background in Computer Science and passion for sustainable technology, helps me approach challenges creatively and design solutions that make a lasting impact on people and the planet.

Professional Experience

EY
Business Consultant
At EY, I collaborated with clients to understand business challenges and design solutions as part of an Agile delivery team. I automated manual workflows using Power Automate, improving efficiency by 30%, and helped test and refine client websites for a smoother user experience. I also advocated for digital accessibility by addressing issues in internal learning modules that were not compatible with screen readers.
Vision Australia
Tech Services Analyst
At Vision Australia, I conducted accessibility audits for websites and applications to ensure compliance with WCAG standards and improve usability for people with vision impairments. I also created detailed process maps for complex business functions, helping streamline operations across teams. Beyond technical work, this role helped me build confidence in the workplace after vision loss and reinforced my passion for inclusive design.

Hello Acces
Web Accessibility Analyst
At Hello Access, I audited digital platforms, documented accessibility issues, and recommended actionable fixes. I also worked closely with clients to explain accessibility concepts and promote inclusive design. It was a great opportunity to combine my technical background with a passion for usability and impact.
Carbon Coin
Co-founder and CEO
I co-founded Carbon Coin, a startup that aimed to fight climate change by linking cryptocurrency to carbon removal. Each new token represented a tonne of CO₂ captured through Direct Air Capture technology — turning digital transactions into real-world impact. While the venture didn’t succeed commercially, it was an invaluable learning experience that strengthened my technical, communication, and leadership skills.

Sparks of Curiosity Podcast
I always love exploring new ideas - whether it’s through books, technology, sustainability, or start-ups. Sparks of Curiosity is my way of bringing all those interests together. Through the podcast, I sit down with people who are doing fascinating work in areas I’m passionate about, and together we dive into their stories, insights, and experiences. For me, it’s a space to learn, share ideas, and let curiosity guide meaningful conversations.

"Aadi was a very useful resource when tasked to test out the website and provide insights. He was able to point out couple of user facing issues that we have never thought of as well as making sure the site is really good for accessibility. The advice he gave was clear and to the point and will definitely be incorporated in to the next version of the product."
